Corporal, Adjutant General's Corps, Staff and Personnel Support AGC(SPS).
Hello Jacob, thank you for your question.
My advice for you would be to consider what you enjoy doing and if you are a 'hands-on' person or more academically inclined? The Army can offer over 200 different roles. On our website, you can use the Role Finder to explore the roles that would be best suited to you, find that here https://apply.army.mod.uk/roles
My role as a HR Specialist in the Adjutant General's Corps is fairly office based but I am still required to conduct military training and exercises so I find myself out of the office often. I still take part in the fitness sessions and have a lot of opportunity to travel on deployments and even travel for sports and adventure training. I really enjoy my job I would recommend it but it does depend on what interests you.
I hope this helps.
Zoe
