Staff Officer - Projects for People
Hi Oliver,
Great question!
I think for me the hardest part to start with was not knowing what was coming next.
At The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, during Officer training, the instructors apply pressure to push Officer Cadets to ensure they reach their full potential. The programme is also absolutely jammed packed with activities. This is both physically and mentally exhausting and takes some getting used to. However, it makes succeeding and passing out of training all the more rewarding!
I hope this answers your question.
