Hello thanks for your question.
LE commissioning is only available for those who wish to commission from the ranks. What I mean by this is you would have to join as a soldier first, move up the soldier ranks until you reach an eligible rank to be considered for LE commission. For example, in my role within the Staff and Personnel Support branch in the Adjutant General's Corps, you must be at least the rank of Sergeant to be considered.
