I was just wondering if there is any eyesight standards I have to meet during the assessment centre? I am wanting to go for the role Operator Technical Intelligence.

Is there eyesight standards for specific roles?

i want to join as a CMT but people are saying the quals earned throughout a career are not transferable and would not let me become a paramedic or anything medical related and i wouldnt be any more qualified than a first aider, is the qualifications gained during a career as a CMT worthwhile if and when i end up back on civi street?

Are the quals gained By a CMT useful in NHS and could i become a paramedic? people are saying CMT is non transferable?

Hi. My eyesight, corrected (with contact lenses/spectacles), is almost perfect, but uncorrected terrible! I'm interested in either the HR Specialist role in SPS or the Armourer role in the REME. I've done my research and seen the 'PAP10' document online, etc. Could my poor sight limit me for either of these roles (for confirmation, it's 'just' shortsightedness - nothing else e.g. squint, etc)
