Brilliant news. My daughter is 12 and I help at my local cadet unit too and there are lots of kids of your age group considering an Army career. If you could join a uniformed youth group such as the cadets, scouts etc. this will help you on your way but if you don't it does not matter either. Have a look at Army Foundation College Harrogate: https://apply.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/entryoptions/soldier-junior-entry/afc-harrogate">https://apply.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/entryoptions/soldier-junior-entry/afc-harrogate and junior entry life: https://apply.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/entryoptions/soldier-junior-entry as you can apply from 15 years and 7 months old.

If you are considering a career as an officer like I did, you may be eligible for a scholarship at school and bursary at university: https://apply.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/entryoptions/officer-bursary

Good luck and ask any questions you want.
