thinking about the EHT role but I already have the degree that you have to do as part of the training. Do I skip it?

I would have thought it unlikely you will have to re do your degree, it will most likely be a case of skipping that part and just doing the qualifications that you do need. The best option would be start an application online and talk through your current qualifications with the recruitment team who can look into this more for you.
