Hi Carlos, the upper age limit for Army Reservists is that you need to be in training by your 43rd birthday, so you're just over the upper age limit.

There are some specialist roles that may give you a age waiver in the Reserves if you have a specialist background, it is worth phoning the national recruiting centre to check on your circumstances specifically.
