Is the mid thigh pull hard? I'm worried about it incase i cant lift the required weight. What is the avarage result?

Thank you for your question, with regards to all of the exercises during selection its all depends on your preparation leading up to it. My advice to you is to speak to your career advisor at the careers office, they will be able to give you a steer on the best form of exercises you can do to strengthen specific areas you are worried about.
