do you need to be fit as in be able to do push ups and pull ups right away?

Im healthy but not so much as in fitness level that would be reqiured i cant even do a push up but im good in like the sense i can run and i can carry hevy things.

You do not need to demonstrate your ability to do push ups or pull ups when you join but it is good to work towards improving your fitness.
