I'm worried about my weight and BMI when joining. Do you have any advice?

Hi there and thanks for your question. My advice would be to go on a search engine and look for a bmi calculator or if you have a boots store near, they have a machine that measures everything accurately. Speak to your nearest Armed forces careers office who can offer fitness support. Regards J
