Hi, have a look at downloading the Army 100% fit app. It tracks your progress and has a Physical Training Instructor to guide you, encourage and give you some ideas. It's a really good little app. Remember to start slow as you don't want to injure yourself - slow and steady progress is far better anyway. Work on overall body strength not just CV. Good luck.
