Hello,
Nurses in the army work in many very different roles, some of these will be more time consuming than others.
Nurses who work in a hospital may have a rota that consists of 4 short days and 1 military day, but they may do a couple of nights/weekends/long days a month as well.
Nurses who work in a primary health care centre may work only short days, but if the centre has a ward (common in training establishments) then it may also involve some out of hours.
Non clinical role hours will also vary depending on where you are working.
