Combat Medical Technician
I cant talk from experience but this all depends on weather your family move with you or not. You're still entitled to 38 days leave per year and will still have the majority of the weekends off unless operations require otherwise. If you are married or in a long term relationship then you may also be entitled to service family accommodation allowing you to see you family most days as they will live with you either on camp or close by.
