As a RLC reserve driver who has just completed phase 1 could I transfer to regulars or do I need my phase 2 done.

You would be able to transfer from a reserve to regular but only once you’re training has finished, and you’ve completed the correct elements. have a chat with the chain of command at the reserve Centre, they be able to help make the changes and explain it more.
