Hello, Tyler.
Thank you for your question but I think you might be a little confused, you have asked two questions in one and i will answer both for you now.
The "Regular" part of the question regards the amount of time a soldier works.
A "Regular" soldier is someone who is in the Army full time and it is their only job.
The opposite to this would be a "Reserve". This is part time and someone who has a normal job, lives at home but becomes a soldier on weekends or specific days. You choose when you want to parade and what weekends you want to work.
The second part of your question is the "Infantry" part. This is a role within the British Army.
