Hi Madeleine, If I wanted to be a pilot on the Apache would I have to be a full time NCO/Officer or could I be a reservist?

Wildcat Pilot
Hi Theo,
I'm 99% sure you can only be an active pilot if you are serving full time because of the requirement to maintain flying currencies.
I believe there might be one or two instructors who are Reservists serving on an FTRS contract (full time reserve service) but this is very unusual and they will most likely have served a full career before moving into this role.
Hope that helps,
Maddie
