Hi Philip,
To be eligible for the bursary you will need to be at a medical school that results in registration with the UK general medical council, usually this means being at med school in the UK, so if you are at medical school in Kenya, then I think it is unlikely you will be eligible.
If you are studying in the UK, you will need to check you are eligible to join the military as a doctor, I don't think all roles are open to commmonwealth soldiers, but I am afraid I am not sure on exactly which ones are and which ones aren't.
If you are studying in the UK, then I would recommend contacting the Army Medical Services recruitment team for further clarification, they have a website with a contact number https://www.army.mod.uk/who-we-are/corps-regiments-and-units/army-medical-services/
