Will there be a chance for the INDIAN candidates to apply in current future, if yes, then in which year is it possible ?

Currently the British army website says no application for the commonwealth countries candidates as there are many in the pipeline so will all the vacancies be filled from the same "pipelined" applicants or if there will be more applications called if the currently "pipelined" applicants doesn't fulfill all the current commonwealth nations vacancies ?
