Would a previous medical pass ( in 2020) still count for a new application?

I passed the medical and was going to assessment centre but due to covid, I had to work. I want to reapply but I know Capita is takes months. Initially looking at a medical field but now looking at a combat role

If you got all the way to assessment you may just need to re-start your application. Contact your Candidate Support Manager and speak to them as they will be able to give you more details. If not have your old candidate number to hand and give the National Recruiting Centre a call on: 0345 600 8080. You may also still be able to access the candidate portal.
