Additional information

Is there an opportunity to join the reserves as a legal officer, with experience in and still working as a software engineer, to combine these skills and knowledge? I imagine most likely as a legal officer in the Intelligence Corps, if it is permitted to be both a member of the Army Legal Services and Intelligence Corps.

Hi, a Reservist legal officer would join the Army Legal Services (ALS) - they are a National Reserves Unit and quite often conduct military exercises and training from Worthy Down (Winchester). You can't join 2 capbadges (ie ALS and Int Corps) but as an ALS officer you could find yourself working with the Int Corps. As a specialist in software engineering there may be projects specifically in this area that may appeal to you. For more information contact: [email protected]
