Hi, you attend Sandhurst (RMAS) rather than 'enroll'. In order to go the Officer route (ie attend RMAS) you must first attend the Army Officer Selection Board Briefing (2 days) and if successful you will then attend the 4 day Army Officer Selection Board. If you are successful at that you then have a choice of 3 intakes into RMAS; January, May and September. RMAS is 44 weeks (although really 11mths with leave!) and you learn the basic skills of being a soldier (exactly the same as a soldier would learn during their 14 weeks basic training inc weapon handling), you learn about communications (using a radio), and have lots of lessons ref defence and management, leadership etc. There is also a lot of time spent developing your own leadership technique on exercises being put outside your comfort zone. Lots more information can be found about Sandhurst by googling Sandhurst training. Good luck.
