Hi,
Regarding your question on 12 year olds in the cadets, they would have training nights twice a week which will cover a variety of lessons which will change each week covering things such as map reading, weapons, cam and concealment etc. They would also go away on weekends with the cadets where they will carry out field exercises, drill and the ranges.
