How would they get rid/dispose of any sanitary products they might use? Do some women simply not have them, or get rid of them?

Tori C.
Regimental Medical Officer
Hello,
You can use whichever sanitary products you feel are most suitable for you, alternatively some women prefer to take medication to prevent getting their period while on exercise or deployed, a military medical officer will be able to advise you on what options are available to you.
If you decide to use sanitary products that require disposal there will be provisions made for this.
