You can currently only join directly as a pilot as an officer. You should make your intention clear at the every earliest opportunity as there are a number of selection events which you should be aiming to complete before starting at RMAS. We can load you to the first of these events once you have gained a Category 1 or 2 pass at the Army Officer Selection Board Briefing (AOSBB). I hope this helps.
