You can download the multistage fitness test and keep practising which would improve both your fitness and ability to do the bleep test. However, the best way to improve fitness overall is not just practising for a bleep test - and constantly doing the turns and stop / start wouldn't be good for your knees etc. Consider downloading the free 100% Armyfit app. This will give you a fitness programme and monitor your fitness progression. Hope this helps. Remember - build up slowly so not to injure yourself. Army training is about building individuals up slowly so you are not expected to be super human when you join!
