Hi,
To be honest it's changed since I went through AOSB a few years ago. According to the website yes that's right (https://apply.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/can-i-join/fitness) but there's also the assault course that can be a bit cheeky - both a team one on the last morning and an individual one at some point throughout the week. A little tip for the assault course is to use the ammo tip to stand on if you're not very tall like me to get through the enclosed slide obstacle.
