I not sure what I want to do yet but im in tesresting learn IT but IT is not the main thing combat skills is the most important things and i want to be in military atleast 15 years

Hi, look on the British Army role finder page as there's lots of different job/ trade options in the military. Every soldier / officer learns basic combat skills as that is the basis of basic military training.
To become a sergeant it's promoting up from Private soldier to Lance Corporal then Corporal and then Sgt. Sgt is a big promotion as it's the first rank to the 'senior' ranks. Promotion is all about you, what you do, how you work, your work ethic etc and can take a minimum of 8 years to reach. Hope this helps.
