Regimental Medical Officer
Hello,
That's a difficult one to answer as there will be CMTs who have deployed more than some nurses, but equally there will be nurses who have deployed more than some CMTs.
I would recommend choosing the career that will give you the most skills to make you employable in later life, and at the moment, CMT qualifications are not transferable to the civilian world, so I would recommend nursing.
