Hi there, thanks for your question.
If you take a look at my previously answered questions you'll see I've covered this in quite a bit of detail.
You can join aircrew as either a pilot or rear crewman. Pilots can be selected from either the officer or NCO cohort whereas rear crewmen are only selected from serving junior soldiers.
Joining as a pilot will require you to pass the three stage selection process consisting of aptitude tests, a medical and flying grading.
