Transgenders within the Army would need to be fully transitioned to a female to meet the female requirements for both accommodation and their rules and regulations. If you are fully transitioned to a female you would not need to cut your hair however you would need to wear it in a bun whilst on camp as any other female would need to. A female soldier would be able to give you more information on the regulations for females in more detail.
