Hi Todd,
Absolutely not! The army will not stand for any kind of discrimination including bullying. It goes against the core values and standards and won’t be dealt with lightly. Anyone that fails the core values and standards will very likely be discharged from service.
If you find yourself a victim of discrimination, first visit your unit welfare department who can signpost to the correct person and advise on the correct procedure through your chain of command. I can assure you it will be dealt with in strict confidentiality and in the quickest manner.
Hope this answers your question

Todd, there are short CIS males and yes you may get jibes and such like but if it becomes inappropriate then normally a simple ask to stop will stop it. If not then report it and then it can be sorted properly in the right way.
