yes, you can join as a regular soldier at 19, being a female theres no difference in the process, if you are applying just go through the process on the army portal.

What do you mean by the training one? Before you join the army you will go to an assessment centre and yes, you will conduct different fitness tests

On the website there’s a training soldier option I don’t know if that’s the same thing, is it located in southall and if you fail the fitness test can you still join?

do u mean the recruitment centre? to get into the army, you will need to pass the fitness tests however with the correct training and determination to complete it, you wouldnt have an issue
