I notice on any job role page, under entry requirements, there is two parts "basic army fitness assessment" and "army reserve standards" with the latter being lower, if joining reserves which is the requirement? if it's the former, what's the latter an indication of?

Hi, There are two levels of fitness, this is to allow anyone that is struggling to achieve the fitness of the capbadge they wish join entry into the Army Reserve. Allowing you to start training, giving you access to PTI's, and being paid to get fit, while giving you the best opportunities to achieve the fitness standards with support from the unit.
