Hi there,
The fitness test consists of 3 tests : A bleep test with a minimum score of 8.7 (for household cav), Medicine ball throw with a score of over 3.1 meters and a mid-thigh pull with a minimum requirement of 76 kilograms.
There is good videos on the Army youtube channel detailing these tests.
