Hello,
There are lots of opportunities for medical professionals!
If you would like to be more specific about which medical profession, then I could provide a bit more information? Alternatively the Army website has lots of information on roles for medical professionals within the army.

Hello,
Like Tori said, there is loads of opportunities, both operational or medical cover within the UK or overseas.
Such like my self as a combat medical technician I have had so many opportunities to travel and do medical course's while I have been in.
This link takes you to the AMS and the different Corps with the Army Medical Services

Adding to both answers given above. If you are a qualified GP or Dental surgeon, the army offer a golden hello of around £50,000 to join the ranks and carry on your services within the armed forces.

His is a quick list of the options: https://apply.army.mod.uk/searchresults
and the Army Medical Services are an amazing, well regarded and interesting organisation to join, see: https://apply.army.mod.uk/roles/army-medical-service for more information.
You have so many options to choose from and medical careers in the Army are so varied. I am always a bit jealous of my medical friends as they have had such interesting careers and they get so many (free) qualifications as pert of their role.
