All of the courses you will attend in your career are aligned to civilian accreditation. These credits can then be used in certain cases as Accredited Prior Experience and Learning (APEL) and offset aspects of degree courses. Personally, I progressed through my career and gained an HND in automotive engineering after Artificer Training. I then used this as APEL with Staffordshire University and completed an Honours Degree in Engineering Management. The cost of this was offset by the military.
