Tori C.
Regimental Medical Officer
Hello,
A lot of the challenges CMTs face will be the same as those other serving personnel have - you need to be flexible in terms of location, exercises and deployments, this can be difficult depending on your family life.
CMTs don't all do the same job, it will depend on where you are posted to - various units, medical regiments etc..
You may be faced with various challenging scenarios in difficult environments, but you will receive lots of training to prepare you.
Luke W. might be able to give you more of an idea what a CMTs career can look like.
