As an officer the majority of your time will be spent managing your soldiers, as well as developing your skills. However, as you are a leader first, so you can expect your soldiers to have a deeper understanding of aspects of the trade. However, this does not mean that you will not be required to dig in with your soldiers when required!

Ah ok, thank you! Is it possible to get more detail on what sort of tasks managing your soldiers entails as an officer??

It will vary from day to day and job to job, but you will be focused on ensuring that your soldier's welfare is all sorted (no home problems etc), tasks are delegated and work is checked. From time to time you may need to deal with discipline issues too!

And if you don't me asking, what skill do you believe is most important to have as an Intelligence officer?

For me, its the ability to listen to your soldiers and take their advice into consideration!
