Hi Adam,
In terms of PQO training, it depends on which commissioning course you have already done. Most of the time it is assessed on a case by case basis. I have several colleagues who did the reserve commissioning course, and then also the PQO commissioning course. However now reserves and PQOs do the same course (short commissioning course) that may all change.
You will need to do the phase 2 element - EOC and PGMO courses.
