Hi there, Thanks for your question. You would be expected to attempt any types of Adventurous Training that were part of the training package. Adventurous Training aims to enable military members to overcome physical, psychological, and emotional challenges through exposure to unfamiliar outdoor environments and activities. It does this to create more robust and resilient soldiers, leaders, and teams. It fosters team cohesion and mental robustness and builds morale and the will to succeed. It often puts people outside their comfort zones, but you’ll surprise yourself with what you’re able to achieve and you’ll feel a great sense of pride afterwards. I hope this answers your question but feel free to come back to me if you want to know more. Katie
