The job of a MSO is a non clinical role, however they still have an important job in planning and preparation for anything medical, so making sure all eventualities are covered to ensure that everyone turns up at the right place at the right time to be able to deliver medical aid im not sure how this varies from the RAF role but I assume it would be similar.
