If I cannot provide my qualification certificates during the assessment will I be given another opportunity later on

Yes, you are given another opportunity to provide certificates but you may not get into the trade of your choice without them. You can contact your school and find out who the awarding body was for the quals and then contact them. There are ways and means around it which your Candidate Support Manager will talk you through.
