Would being a CMT help if you applied to be a part of The Commando Forward Surgical Group?
Additional information
I am asking because I want to apply for the CMT role in 2023 and then eventually later in my career become a part of CFSG and be a sort of combat medic for the Royal Marines.

Being a medic is a Tri-service unit so commandos undertake the same initial training as RAF, Army, and Navy at DMS (Whittington), I do not know the specifics of CFSG so I wouldn't be able to tell you weather this would help or not. However you can always do a commando all arms course within the Army.
