It all depends on what camp you will be based at and what it has had done to it. The older camps sometimes have communal showers but if it has had some form of referb, then this might not be the case.
A lot of newer camps have single rooms and with that comes a shower and walk in wardrobe so you will be lucky if you're based on a camp like that.
