Hi and thank you for your question.
Barracks across the U.K. are all different, Most are classed as ‘Z’ type which means you have your own room and you will either have a private shower room or sometimes a communal shower.
Most accommodation blocks will have washing, drying and cooking facilities like a small kitchen.
Look at it as a holiday inn room without the cost as a room will cost you, depending on how new the accommodation blocks are - anywhere from £50-100 a month.
Obviously throughout training you will be expected to share a room to bond with your section.
