Hi, many thanks for your question. This is is a difficult question to really answer and a lot would depend whether this has and was recorded medically and therefore in your medical records and what your medical records say. You can apply and see how you get on - be honest about how you are now, not looking back to when you were 13. I hope that this helps. If you are medically rejected then you can appeal and i would definitely suggest that you do. Good luck.
