Hey Josephine, that's a great question. The qualifications you require to become a VM in the Reserves are; GCSE Grade A*-C/9-4, or Scottish National 5 (A-C), in English, Science and Maths. You don't need any mechanical or engineering experience as the army will teach you everything you need to know. For more information, check out the British Army website.
