Hi
You will have the medical assessments on the day you arrive at the Assessment Centre (AC) / Selection.
These are not painful and do not use any needles.
The Medical Team will complete a full assessment - they will review your medical history from your GP, although you may have already passed this the AC Medical Team must re-review.
You will then take the medical tests, these include:
- Urine
- Hearing
- Eyesight
- Colour perception
- Lung capacity
- Measure waist, height and weight to confirm BMI
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)
A few people will also need an Echocardiogram or an exercise spirometry
Use the link below to learn about the Electrocardiogram, Echocardiogram and spirometry.
