Hayden thanks for your question.

As Guards and Paras do the same training at ITC Catterick with P company and driving being the only difference you can transfer over if you wish. You can request to go straight on the P company after guards training if you want and if you will have the option to bounce between the guards parachute platoon and the Guards regiment you choose to join, Typically every 2 years.
