Reservist Brigade SO2 SPS
You must run 2km (after a 800m warm up) in 11mins 30 secs or faster to meet the entry standards for most roles. Some trades (paras) will require a faster time. You can get more information on this on the British Army website and could download the 100% Army Fitness app (it's free and will help you with your fitness). Good luck.

This will depend on what your desired job role is
For example, someone wanting to become an infanteer will need a better time than someone who has a less physical role such as a chef or a driver.
